On this page you will fiind other items I have made from my love of using fabrics.  They each come under their own headings with a short description of each style.



Frames

Each frame is handmade by me using fabric to create the main theme, then completing the look using a variety of embellishing touches.

All my pieces are originals - no finished frame is the same as another. Although I use the same design concepts, I like to make each one unique, ensuring you have something that is 'one of a kind'.

Size and style vary from single frames that fit standard size photos - to multiboards that cater to large size pictures.  The designs on this page show a variety of styles I have worked with. Please also view the Gallery for custom pieces I have made.

Deluxe Frame 
20cm x 25cm - holds one standard size photo suitable for either landscape or portrait


Multi Feature Frame
Base: 40cm x 50cm - holds five photos in two sizes

 

Multi Frame
30cm x 60cm - holds three 8" x 6" photos

 

Multi Hanging Frame
Individual frames 13cm x 18cm - total length 100cm

 

Single Feature Frame
Base: 40cm x 40cm. Feature frame 20cm x 25cm - holds one 8" x 6" in either landscape or portrait



Mini Frame
13cm x 18cm - holds standards size photos in either portrait or landscape

 

Large Multi Frame
50cm x 50cm - holds seven photos in two different hanging positions




Feature Panels

Simply put, these are fabric panels (normally used for creating decorative cushions), that I have turned into interesting, one of a kind wall art.

Whether it be with beads, ribbons, charms or anything that will add just the right finishing touch, all my wall hangings are created to be original pieces, set to add that special something to any wall.

Princess panel set
one 40cm x 40cm panel and four 20cm x 20cm panels.
Light pink braiding added around edges. Mauve rosette braid used to hang smaller panels.



Buffalo / Bison panel
40cm x 40cm silver conchos with leather tassels at base and hand beaded accents around border added.

 

Train Panel
40cm x 40cm. Hand beaded accents in luminous colours to add depth and texture.   

 

Document Tidy

Loosely based on the old style "letters" "bills" and "misc" wall hangers of yesteryear.  I have given them a modern twist using fabric with hand sewn beaded fabric pockets.

Country Kitchen vertical three pocket tidy
24cm x 70cm. Individual pockets hand sewn in place with red beads.


Butterflies on Blue compact three pocket tidy
25cm x 30cm. Pockets hand sewn in place with mauve beads. Matching mauve fabric butterflies compete the look.

These are sets that have been requested by clients wanting a few different items but in matching themes and colours.

Custom made for a client's children. Each hanger holds four standard size photos
